200h RYS Teacher Training in Indien, Earth Yoga Village - Palolem Beach ❤️

Einen Monat intensiv Yoga in Philosophie, Unterrichtsmethoden, Hatha und Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (Atemtechnik), Anatomie, Essen und Lifestyle. Einblicke in Ayurveda, Yin- und Schwangerschaftsyoga und vieles mehr.
Es ist erstaunlich wie viel man lernt, wenn man es gleichzeitig intensiv lebt. Morgens um sechs wurden wir mit dem sanften Ton einer tibetischen Klangschale geweckt. Zum Sonnenaufgang, eingehüllt in eine warme Decke starteten wir jeden Tag mit einer Stunde Pranayama und Meditation gefolgt von einem Tee, einem Guten-Morgen-Zirkel und 90 Minuten Asana Praxis. Das Morgenbuffet um zehn Uhr war reichhaltig und wurde sehr geschätzt. Danach folgten drei Unterrichtslektionen à je 90 Minuten mit zwei kurzen Tee- und einer Luchpause. Der Unterrichtstag wurde mit einer Asana Praxis beendet und nach dem Nachtessen gab es oft ein interessantes Abendprogramm mit Geschichten, Gesang, Feuer und Ritualen. Am Samstag war unser freier Tag, an dem wir Zeit fanden unsere eigenen Yogalektionen vorzubereiten, die wir in kleinen Gruppen als Praktikum absolvieren durften und uns in den Sanskrit Wörtern, Unterrichtsmethoden, Yogaphilosophie und Anatomie zu üben.
Ich empfinde es als grosses Geschenk, diese intensive Zeit in Indien erlebt haben zu dürfen. Die Earth Yoga Village habe ich als eine herzliche Gemeinschaft erlebt und freue mich so viele liebenswerte, offene und positive Menschen getroffen zu haben.
